A Vertically Integrated Lab-Grown Diamond Jewelry Manufacturer
Founded in 2009 in Shenzhen, China, KOLA JEWELRY designs, manufactures, and ships lab-grown diamond jewelry to brands and retailers in over 50 countries. From CAD modeling to final QC, every step happens under one roof — no outsourcing, no middlemen, no compromises.
Where We've Been
Seventeen years of building one workshop into a full-scale manufacturing operation.
Started in Shenzhen as a diamond setting workshop with 12 craftsmen, serving local jewelry brands.
Expanded to full-process manufacturing with in-house casting, polishing, and stone setting capabilities.
Reached 10,000+ units monthly capacity and relocated to a larger facility to accommodate growth.
Earned ISO 9001 quality management and BSCI social compliance certifications, opening doors to European retail clients.
Launched a dedicated lab-grown diamond product line with IGI certification for every stone above 0.3 carat.
Exported to 50+ countries, grew to 300+ employees across 6 production lines, and began B2B private-label partnerships.
Opened a new 8,000m² integrated production facility with an expanded QC lab, dedicated clean room, and increased capacity to 20,000+ units per month.
Manufacturing Capability
The scale, the equipment, and the people to deliver consistent quality at volume.
Equipment & Infrastructure
The tools behind every piece we make — maintained, calibrated, and operated by trained technicians.
CAD Workstations
Dedicated design stations running jewelry-specific CAD software for modeling, stone placement, and structural analysis.
Resin 3D Printers
High-resolution resin printers produce wax models and prototypes accurate to 0.025mm layer thickness for casting.
Laser Welding Systems
Pinpoint-accurate laser welders join metal without heat damage to nearby stones or delicate structural elements.
Polishing Stations
Variable-speed polishers with interchangeable buffs for every metal type and finish, from mirror to satin.
Casting Equipment
Vacuum induction casting machines for gold, platinum, and silver — one piece at a time, never in bulk.
Ultrasonic Cleaners
Industrial ultrasonic cleaners remove all polishing compounds and residues before final QC and packaging.
Quality Control
Four inspection stages. Zero pieces skip the line. A dedicated QC team operates independently from the production team. They check every piece at four stages — not by sampling, but by full inspection. If a piece fails at any stage, it goes back. No exceptions.
Incoming Inspection
Diamonds are verified against certificates. Metals are tested for purity. Anything that doesn't match is rejected before it enters production.
In-Process Inspection
Every stage — casting, filing, setting, polishing, plating — is checked before the piece moves to the next. A ring that doesn't pass setting doesn't go to polish.
Final Inspection
The finished piece is checked under 10x magnification: Prongs, stone alignment, surface finish, dimensions, weight, and engraving are all verified. Any issue is sent back for correction.
Pre-Shipping Inspection
Before packing, every piece is checked one last time — order accuracy, certificate matching, packaging, and final appearance. Photos are taken for the record.
Certifications & Standards
The certifications behind every piece we ship — and what each one actually means.

The People Behind Your Project
When you work with us, these are the people who handle your order from concept to shipping.
Design Team
They work across classic, modern, and vintage styles. Every project is assigned to one lead designer who stays with it from start to finish — you won't be handed off to someone new halfway through.
Engineering Team
They turn designs into 3D models using Rhino and Matrix. Every model is checked for structural integrity, stone setting feasibility, and metal weight before it goes to production. If a design can't be made, they'll tell you before you pay for a sample — not after.
Craftsmanship Team
Our setters, polishers, and finishers are the people who actually make your piece. Most have been with us for over a decade. They work at dedicated stations — setting, polishing, plating, engraving — and each piece passes through multiple pairs of hands before it's done.
Every order is assigned a dedicated team. You'll know who's working on your piece — and you can reach them directly.
