Even if you're not ready to pop the big question we've got an amazing 20% off our fine jewelery so you can treat that loved one this Valentines day.
Craftsmanship Measured in Millimeters
Every piece we make is set, polished, and inspected by hand — not because it's faster, but because it's better. A prong tip is polished to 0.1mm. A stone is checked under 10x magnification before it ships. A band is finished by hand until the light catches it evenly from every angle.
Millimeters are where quality lives. A setting that's slightly off, a polish that's uneven, a stone that's not quite seated — these are the things you feel before you see. So we measure, check, and measure again.
From CAD to final polish, every step happens under one roof in our Shenzhen workshop. Nothing is outsourced. Nothing is rushed. Every piece is made to order, and every piece is checked before it leaves.
From Design to Delivery
Seven steps, one workshop. Nothing is outsourced — everything happens under our roof.
CAD Modeling
Every piece starts as a 3D model. We design structure, proportions, and stone placement in CAD — so you can preview the finished piece before we make it.
3D Printing / Wax
The CAD model is printed as a high-resolution wax or resin model. This becomes the physical pattern for casting — exact to the last detail.
Casting
We use lost-wax casting to form the metal body. The wax burns away, molten metal takes its place — one piece at a time, never in bulk.
Filing & Pre-polish
The cast piece is filed, shaped, and pre-polished by hand. We remove casting marks and refine the form before any stone is set.
Stone Setting
Every stone is set by hand — prong, bezel, or pavé. This is the most skilled step, and the one that defines the piece.
Final Polish
After setting, the piece is polished to a mirror finish by hand. We check the reflection from three angles to ensure evenness.
QC & Cleaning
Every piece is inspected under 10x magnification, ultrasonically cleaned, and checked against your order specs before it ships.
What We Do Best
Five techniques that define the quality of every piece we make.
Hand Setting
Every stone is placed by hand, not machine. A prong that's slightly too tight can crack the stone. Too loose, and it catches on clothing. The margin is smaller than most people realize.
Micro Pavé
Micro pavé is about consistency. Each stone has to be the same size, the same distance apart, at the same angle. One stone off and the whole one looks wrong.
Bezel Setting
The metal rim has to be tight, secure, and smooth without hiding too much of it. Too thick, and the piece looks coarse. Too thin, and it won't hold up. And the edge has to be smooth enough to rub against silk.
Custom Engraving
Engraving inside a ring band is done in a space millimeters wide. Letters have to be sharp, evenly spaced, and deep enough to last — without weakening the band.
Plating & Finishing
Plating is where a piece either looks expensive or looks cheap. Uneven plating shows up as discoloration within months. And a polish that's too aggressive can soften the edges you spent hours defining.
How We Compare
Not louder — just more precise. Here's what that looks like in numbers.
| PROCESS | INDUSTRY COMMON | OUR STANDARD |
|---|---|---|
| Stone Setting | Machine-set primarily | Hand-set with machine assist |
| Polishing | Batch polishing | Piece-by-piece fine polish |
| Quality Inspection | Spot check (sampling) | 100% full inspection |
| Dimensional Tolerance | ±0.2mm | ±0.05mm |
| Stone Matching | Visual grading only | Matched under 10x magnification |
| Plating Thickness | Standard range, uncontrolled | Controlled to 0.5–1.0 microns |
